Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods
Downloadable or digital products
Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for you at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
