Installation, use, care, and safety notes
- Install on a stable support using compatible hardware and keep the unit away from walkways, doors, windows, power lines, branches, children, and pets.
- Place the solar panel where it can receive suitable daylight; shade, dust, seasonal light, and cloudy conditions may reduce charging.
- Do not touch the zapper grid while the unit is operating and switch off or isolate the unit before cleaning, moving, or inspecting it.
- Do not insert fingers, tools, metal objects, paper, or other items into the grid or openings.
- Keep away from flammable vapours, fuel, gas, open flames, water sources, and combustible materials.
- Do not immerse the unit or expose it to prolonged heavy rain, standing water, coastal salt, strong wind, hail, or conditions outside its stated environmental tolerance.
- Do not use the device as the only protection against mosquitoes, disease vectors, or other pests, and do not rely on it for emergency, navigation, or security lighting.
- Do not open, puncture, modify, or short-circuit the rechargeable battery or electrical components.
- Clean the solar panel and zapper area only according to supplied instructions; disconnect or switch off first and use a dry soft brush or cloth suitable for the product.
- Do not spray liquids, insecticides, aerosols, or corrosive chemicals into the grid, panel, housing, or electrical parts.
- Inspect the housing, panel, grid, wiring, battery compartment, mounting hardware, and sensor before use; stop using the unit if cracked, loose, wet inside, corroded, sparking, overheating, or damaged.
- Keep packaging, batteries, and small parts away from children and pets and dispose of batteries according to local requirements.
- Store clean and dry during severe weather or prolonged non-use.
