Tool, surface, and safety notes
- Confirm mandrel diameter, sleeve dimensions, chuck/collet fit, tool instructions, accessory rating, and compatible speed before use. Do not assume universal fit or compatibility with every rotary tool, drill, grinder, or nail device.
- Disconnect power or remove the battery before fitting, removing, or changing a sleeve or mandrel. Secure the sleeve correctly and check that it runs true without wobble or looseness.

- Test on an inconspicuous area before use. Sanding may remove material, alter dimensions, expose layers, change colour, create scratches, or affect coatings, finishes, plastics, ceramics, metal, or wood.
- Do not use on skin, nails, teeth, medical devices, live electrical parts, food, or any application requiring specialised certified equipment.
- Do not use a wet, contaminated, cracked, torn, loose, excessively worn, or unbalanced sleeve or mandrel. Replace components when the abrasive surface is degraded or the attachment no longer runs securely.
- Stop if the workpiece overheats, melts, burns, discolours, vibrates, smokes, sparks, or releases an unusual odour. Switch off and allow the tool and workpiece to cool before inspection.
- Use only compatible compounds or liquids if the accessory and workpiece guidance allows them; keep chemicals, dust, and debris away from eyes, skin, food, and ignition sources.
- Keep the kit clean and dry, store away from moisture, direct heat, chemicals, children, and pets, and dispose of worn abrasive material according to local waste guidance.
