Mounting, load, and safety notes
- Read the received rail, bracket, fastener, wall, load, assembly, folding, moisture, and warning instructions before installation or use. If unsure about the wall or structure, use a qualified installer.
- Identify the wall construction, studs, masonry, tile, plasterboard, concrete, pipes, wiring, waterproofing, and hidden services before drilling. Use anchors and screws specified for the actual wall; do not rely on adhesive, weak plugs, grout, hollow surfaces, or decorative panels unless expressly permitted.
- Confirm that the installed rail and wall can support the combined static and moving load. Do not exceed the manufacturer’s stated limit; if no limit is supplied, treat capacity as unverified and begin with a light, dry load.
- Install level with all brackets and fasteners tightened. Test gradually with no person underneath, then inspect for movement, cracking, pull-out, bowing, loose hardware, wall damage, or hinge problems before adding garments.
- Distribute garments evenly. Do not hang from the rail, sit, climb, swing, pull sideways, attach ropes, suspend children or pets, or use it as a grab bar, step, shelf, ladder, or exercise device.
- Keep the rail folded only when the area is clear. Keep fingers, hair, clothing, cords, and children away from hinges, folding arms, sliding parts, wall gaps, and pinch points. Operate slowly and use any supplied lock or stop.
