Food, freezing, stacking and handling safety
- Confirm food-contact suitability and follow the material instructions before first use. Wash, rinse and dry the tray before filling.
- Place the flexible tray on a level, rigid, freezer-safe plate or shelf before filling and carrying. Leave headspace because liquids expand when frozen; do not overfill, tilt or carry an unsupported tray.
- Freeze only within the verified temperature range. Do not assume suitability for ovens, microwaves, stovetops, hot oil, boiling mixtures, dry ice, non-food chemicals or soap moulding unless expressly rated.
- Stack only on a firm, level surface and only if the received instructions permit it. Do not place heavy items on the tray or use a stack that can slide, tip or obstruct freezer airflow.
- Keep the tray and freezer clean. Cover or isolate strong-smelling foods and discard ice or frozen portions exposed to contamination, freezer spills or unsafe storage conditions.
- For release, follow the received instructions and use a brief approved warming method on the outside if needed. Do not strike the tray, twist aggressively, use knives or sharp tools, or place fingers against hard frozen edges.
- Do not use the tray for cutting, chopping, carrying hot food, storing heavy objects or as a general container. Keep it away from open flames and hot cookware.
