Food, freezing, temperature and handling safety
- Confirm food-contact suitability and follow the material instructions before first use. Wash the tray and dry it before filling.
- Place the tray on a level, rigid, freezer-safe surface or supported plate before filling and carrying. Leave headspace because liquids expand when frozen; do not overfill, tilt or stack an unsupported tray.
- Freeze only within the verified temperature range. Do not assume suitability for ovens, microwaves, stovetops, hot oil, boiling mixtures, dry ice or non-food chemicals unless expressly rated.
- Keep the tray and freezer clean. Cover or isolate strong-smelling foods and discard ice or frozen portions exposed to contamination, freezer spills or unsafe storage conditions.
- For release, follow the received instructions and use a brief approved warming method on the outside if needed. Do not twist aggressively, strike the tray, use knives or sharp tools, or place fingers against hard frozen edges.
- Do not use the tray for cutting, chopping, heating, carrying hot food, storing heavy objects or as a general container. Keep it away from open flames and hot cookware.
- Wash before first use and after each use with mild dish soap and water. Use a soft brush around cavity bases and seams, rinse and dry fully; use a dishwasher only if the received label expressly permits it.
- Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive pads, metal tools, heat guns or harsh chemicals. Do not stretch, cut, glue, puncture or modify the tray.
- Inspect cavities, seams, base, edges and any packaging for tears, cracks, sticky residue, odour, deformation, sharp edges or trapped residue. Stop use if damaged or if fragments could enter food.
- Store clean and dry, supported or flat as directed, away from heat, sunlight, chemicals, sharp utensils, children and pets. Keep packaging and detached pieces away from young children because they may create choking hazards.
