Installation, load, and care notes
- Use on a smooth, clean, dry, sound, non-porous surface such as compatible tile, glass, metal, or sealed finish only after a hidden-area test. Do not apply to dusty, greasy, wet, damp, rough, porous, peeling, freshly painted, wallpapered, cracked, heated, or structurally weak surfaces unless approved.
- Clean and dry the surface using a compatible method. Remove dust, oil, soap film, wax, loose paint, and residue; allow the surface to dry completely before peeling the backing.
- Press the hook firmly over the full adhesive area and follow the adhesive manufacturer’s setting or curing time before loading. Do not hang items immediately or repeatedly reposition the hook.
- Check the adhesive pad, hook alignment, wall finish, load direction, and clearance before use. Start with a light item and observe the bond; no specific weight capacity is confirmed.
- Do not use for children, pets, people, climbing, lifting, restraints, safety equipment, heavy cookware, sharp tools, fragile valuables, electrical cables, or any item that may cause injury if it falls.
- Do not hang hot, wet, leaking, vibrating, swinging, or unbalanced items. Keep away from direct heat, steam, rain, standing water, open flames, and high-humidity areas unless the adhesive is specifically rated; waterproof, rustproof, and bathroom/outdoor claims are not confirmed.
- Keep the adhesive and hook away from food-contact, medical, chemical, and contamination-sensitive applications. Do not use to secure cabinets, appliances, glass panels, furniture, or structural components.
- To remove, support the hook and item, follow adhesive instructions, and pull or release slowly without twisting against the surface. Removal may lift paint, wallpaper, finish, or adhesive residue; damage-free or residue-free removal is not guaranteed.
- Do not reuse the adhesive pad or reattach after removal unless a compatible replacement is specifically provided. Do not heat the wall or adhesive with a hairdryer unless the manufacturer instructs it.
- Inspect the hook, adhesive, finish, and mounting surface regularly. Stop use if the hook bends, rusts, loosens, shifts, the adhesive lifts, or the surface cracks or peels.
- Wipe the exposed hook with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it. Do not soak the adhesive, use solvents or abrasive cleaners, or scrub the wall-mounted pad.
- Keep away from children and pets; hooks, adhesive liners, packaging, and fallen items can present sharp-edge, choking, ingestion, or impact hazards.
- Store unused hooks flat, dry, cool, and sealed from dust and moisture. Dispose of used adhesive, backing, packaging, and damaged metal according to local waste guidance.
