Phone fit, mounting, water and electrical safety
- Measure the phone with its existing case and compare it with the verified internal opening. Do not force a phone, camera bump, buttons, port, speaker, microphone or biometric sensor into a case that is too small.
- Install while the phone is removed. Clean and fully dry the selected surface, apply the adhesive as directed, press evenly and allow the stated curing period before loading the empty case, then the phone.
- Do not mount on dusty, wet, oily, greasy, rough, peeling, wallpapered, porous or unstable surfaces unless the adhesive instructions permit them. Do not position above a person, bath, sink, cooker, electrical outlet, stairs or fragile item.
- Verify the adhesive’s supported load and the phone’s filled-case weight. Do not assume support for a 5 kg device or for tablets, power banks, remotes or other objects. Do not hang accessories from the mount.
- After mounting, test the case empty and then with the phone close to the surface. Check the closure, hinge, seal, attachment, rotation and screen cover; stop if the phone shifts, the cover opens, the mount flexes or the wall surface lifts.
- Keep the case away from direct shower spray, steam jets, standing water, rain, pools and submersion unless a verified ingress rating covers the specific exposure. Water resistance is not guaranteed by transparent material or adhesive mounting.
- Do not charge or connect a phone while the connector, port, cable or case is wet. Keep water away from outlets and electrical controls; follow the phone and charger manufacturer’s charging instructions.
- Heat, steam, condensation and trapped moisture can affect the phone, adhesive, screen response and visibility. Remove the phone and dry it if fogging, condensation, overheating, abnormal touch response, smell or damage occurs.
- Confirm the screen cover does not impair touch, fingerprint, face recognition, camera, microphone, speaker, emergency access or heat dissipation. Do not rely on the cover for complete touch functionality or drop protection.
- Do not reposition the mount unless the adhesive instructions allow it. Removal may lift paint, grout, coatings or wood finish and may weaken the adhesive; never pull a fixed mount with the phone inside.
- Clean the case after removing the phone with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap if permitted. Dry the interior, screen cover, ports and adhesive area completely; do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive pads, hot water, heat guns or high-pressure spray.
- Inspect case, seams, closure, screen cover, mount, adhesive, rotation joint and surface for cracks, clouding, scratches, residue, mould, detachment, sharp edges or deformation. Stop use if damaged or loose.
- Store dry and open or as directed, away from heat, direct sun, chemicals, children and pets. Keep adhesive liners, packaging and detached pieces away from young children because they may create choking hazards.
